Winners of #EDGEFinal7 Announced!

On Monday 7th December 2015 we kicked off our Round 7 final of the Scottish EDGE competition. We had 23 companies pitch on the day and we are delighted to announce that all category winners and their winning amounts are posted below.

  • Photon Force Ltd –  £65,000 -Developed scientific sensors that precisely detect and measure single photons
  • Smart Compliance Ltd – £50,000 – Carbon Monoxide Detector that sends text message if levels too high
  • Snap40 Ltd –  £30,000 Developed a wearable device to prevent deteriorations in patient health
  • Space Budgie – £30,000 – Created “Glitchspace” – game to get consumers engaged in programming
  • The Isle of Skye Candle Company – £50,000 – Hand crafted ethical candles made from soy wax
